1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bk8my ("we", "Platform") and individuals who use our services ("Member", "you"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process on the bk8my platform or use any of the services provided.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use bk8my's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3Registration & Account Management

Each bk8my member is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name as shown on your identification card, an active phone number, and a valid email address. False or incomplete information may affect identity verification and the withdrawal process.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your bk8my account password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Report immediately to the bk8my support team if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your profile information whenever your personal details change.

Bk8my will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Bk8my supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) and processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General bonus terms applicable to all bk8my promotions:

9Account Suspension & Closure

Bk8my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Inaccurate registration information or failed identity verification.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves.
• Compliance with directives from regulatory authorities or court orders.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, bk8my reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any winnings linked to the violating activity. For legitimate self-requested closures, any eligible account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

10Limitation of Liability
